StrongBodies™
The StrongBodies™ program (formerly known as StrongWomen™) is a 10-12 week exercise program is for all ages of men and women. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities. This program catalyzes positive change in people of all ages to live stronger, healthier lives by providing knowledge, inspiration, access to programs, and ongoing support.

StrongBodies™ of Rock County
StrongBodies™ (also formerly known as StrongWomen™) is a national evidence-based strength training program developed at Tufts University and is aimed at mid-life and older men and women. The benefits of strength training have been studied extensively and include increased muscle mass, strength and improved bone density, as well as additional physical and emotional benefits. The StrongBodies™ program includes progressive strength training and balance and flexibility exercises. These exercises are safe and effective for all ages, including those who are not in perfect health. Rock County StrongBodies™ classes are led by trained local volunteer instructors and some sessions may also include optional health, wellness and other educational programming after the exercise session concludes. In-person and online classes are available.

Wisconsin StrongBodies Programs
The Wisconsin StrongBodies Program, based on the National StrongPeople Program, empowers individuals of all ages to live stronger, healthier lives. Through community-based strength training programs, participants improve fitness, build strength, gain confidence, and connect socially, enhancing overall well-being.
