New Health and Well-Being Educator at UW-Madison-Division of Extension Rock County

Sara Ennocenti is the new Health and Well-Being Educator for Division of Extension in Rock County. She works in Extension’s Institute of Health and Well-Being which creates positive change and works to help solve the most urgent well-being needs for Wisconsin families through evidenced based programs that are focused on nutrition, food security and safety, chronic disease prevention, mental health promotion, and prevention of substance abuse. Within Rock County, Sara will be delivering health promotion programs for stress management, positive coping skills, and healthy eating and active living. Her role will also include supporting health volunteers and working with community health coalitions. Additionally, she will be working with community partners to plan, implement, and evaluate local health initiatives.
