Rock County 4-H Planning Teams

Be a part of the planning Rock County 4-H Activities!

Are you a 4-H member who will be in sixth grade or above? Are you planning to be a Rock County 4-H Adult Volunteer? If so, take a few minutes to sign up for a planning team!

What do Planning Teams Do?

Awards – The team organizes and implements the Rock County 4-H Awards program and plans the Awards Achievement Celebration.

Bowling Bonanza – The team plans and organizes the Bowling Bonanza in December.

Chili Cook Off Event – The team will organize and host the new chili cook off and project showcase event in mid-January.

Cloverbud Day Trip – The team will plan, organize and supervise the Cloverbud Day Trip to a local educational experience.

Cloverbud Day Camp – The team will plan, organize and supervise the Cloverbud Day Camp to give our youngest members the opportunity to experience a one day camp.

Communication Arts Festival – The team will plan and organize the Communication Arts Festival held on March 14, 2026. Youth participate in a variety of speaking, performance, artistic and community service events.

Community Service – The team would develop county wide community service opportunities and projects.

Fundraising & Sponsorship – The team leads our fundraising efforts for the Leaders Council.

Marketing – The team develops the marketing plan for Rock County 4-H and participates in promotional events and activities.

Middle School Trip – The team selects and plans a regional experience event for our middle school youth.

Sports – The team plans the 4-H sporting events throughout the year.
