The StrongWomen™ program envisions a diverse community of women who are fit, strong, and healthy; in turn these empowered women become agents of change for their families, communities, and beyond.
This 10-12 week exercise program is for all ages of men and women. Each class includes progressive weight training, flexibility, and balance activities.
